Its been proven that changing your location and getting out is fantastic for parents and children whatever the age. Locked up inside just adds to the pressure and anxiety. The natural sunlight soothes as does the fresh air. Going for a walk alone or with your baby for a relaxing walk will help you relax with or without your baby.
