Getting pampered is associated with luxury, and we think that's wrong. Everyone should feel cared for and have time time to relax. Pampering should be part of our health. Everyone deserves it. Having all the ingredients to be pampered at home save on time and money. Doing it yourself doesn't have to mean a lower quality experience. We think that with a few pointers you can have your own spa experience.
Scalp massage
Scalp massages are one of those things that sound weird, but after a second experiencing one, you get it. They feel amazing. That feeling of chills through your body and amazing stimulation. The best way to achieve this is to buy a massager, but you could easily do it with your hand. You might want to add some lotion to your hands so oils being transferred are could for your hair. Just amazing.
Aromatherapy relaxation
Aromatherapy might sound a little inaccessible. If you have some great essential oils and you're relaxing with the scents, well, you're having an aromatherapy session. I've mentioned in other posts and articles that some of these fragrances can have profound psychological and physiological benefits. Breathing them in and applying to your body can be incredibly therapeutic.
Body scrub
Body scrub is a fantastic treatment that can be great at home. It's not something you need to go anywhere for. Find an excellent coconut scrub or any scrub that has the essential oils your looking for, and carefully apply and massage throughout your body. The massaging motion with a great scrub gets rid of dead cells, gives you a deep tissue massage, and you feel amazing.
